The plan aims to have a full complement of highly qualified, competent and up-to-date teachers.
This represents a major challenge for the school in the present climate of educational expansion in Tanzania. This is to be achieved by means of the following strategy:
- At a student staff ratio of 20:1,
- this would be 27 teachers at the end of Phase 2,
- 36 teachers at the end of Phase 3.
