Future:Staff Development Plan

The plan aims to have a full complement of highly qualified, competent and up-to-date teachers.  
  • At a student staff ratio of 20:1
  • this would be 27 teachers at the end of Phase 2,  
  • 36 teachers at the end of Phase 3.  


This represents a major challenge for the school in the present climate of educational expansion in Tanzania.  This is to be achieved by means of the following strategy:
